Membership

Babyvogueindia membership is available through registration process after you submit certain requested information to Babyvogueindia. Before registration we ask whether or not you agree to current Terms and Conditions. If you don't agree to our Terms and Conditions you will not be permitted to use the service. The mandatory fields while registration are - Firstname, Lastname, Address, Email address and Passwords.

Your Representations

You promise that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal right and ability to enter into this agreement and to use any debit or credit card used to purchase the Products. You also promise that all information you have provided is accurate and true. You authorise us to perform validation checks and authorisation with the card issuer.

Indemnity

You agree to fully indemnify us, our officers, employees, agents and suppliers, immediately on demand, from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses arising out of any breach by you of these terms and conditions or by your use of this website, or the use of any other person accessing this website using your shopping account or your personal information.

Prices

All prices stated on the website are inclusive of VAT where applicable, but exclusive of shipping charges, unless we tell you otherwise. Prices and availability of Products may be changed at any time without notice. The price at which you agree to purchase the Products is the price stated on this website at the time you place your order.  The USD value shown against each product is the approximate value and not the exact conversion of INR as per current market value. The price in INR is the exact amount that will be charged against your credit card.

Product Availability

If the ordered product is out of stock and Babyvogue is unable to deliver the product , a complete refund will be made to the customer. We shall not be liable for any other charges, loss of profits, emotional stress or any other liability etc caused due to the non- delivery and non- availability.

Return Policy

If you would like to return an item, for whatever reason, please return it within 10 days of receipt. You may send the parcel back to us by any courier of your choice. However please note that it is your responsibility to make sure it reaches us. However the item must be in its original packaging, with the relevant tags still in place and in a condition that would enable us to sell the item to someone else as new.

Credit card payment

To pay for the order our authorized partner may ask you to provide credit card number, expiration date, billing information or any other information that may enhance security of transaction and prevent frauds. Without your permission we will not store any credit card information in our database. Any refunds made in respect of returns will be made to the same card. Where payment has not been made in full, we may cancel your order and/or suspend any further deliveries to you.

Delivery of Order

Any dates specified for delivery of order are estimates only. We will try our best to deliver your order within the specified time period. However, there might be delays due to unforeseeable reasons. Under such circumstances, Babyvogueindia shall not hold responsible. We will also not be responsible for delivery at wrong address(es) if the address specified at the time of ordering is incorrect.

Where a product has care instructions, you must follow these instructions. We are not liable for any loss or damage in the event that the instructions have not been followed.
